VFR

Variable Frame Rate

A recording mode where the frame rate changes during capture, common in screen recordings and mobile video.

التفاصيل التقنية

Video vfr determines motion smoothness. 24 fps is the cinema standard (creating the 'film look'). 30 fps is standard for TV/web in NTSC regions. 60 fps is preferred for gaming and sports content. 120+ fps is used in slow-motion capture. Higher frame rates exponentially increase file size and encoding time. Variable frame rate (VFR) adapts to content complexity but can cause audio sync issues in some editors. For web delivery, 30 fps is typically optimal for quality-to-bandwidth ratio.

مثال

```
Frame rate standards:
  24 fps  — Cinema (film look)
  25 fps  — PAL TV (Europe, Asia)
  30 fps  — NTSC TV, web video (US, Japan)
  60 fps  — Gaming, sports, smooth motion
  120 fps — Slow motion (played at 30 fps = 4x slow)
  File size: doubling fps roughly doubles file size
  Web standard: 30 fps for best quality/bandwidth balance
